About

I’ve spent 13+ years doing what I love: solving business & product problems with data. Across fintech, e-commerce logistics, and ed-tech, I’ve built self-serve analytics, experimentation programs and platforms, and applied AI/ML that ties directly to outcomes.

I believe data tells amazing stories - and the right story can move mountains. I coach my teams to find the narrative in the numbers, design operating rituals for running high-performance teams, and leave behind systems that run well without me.

Today I lead multiple teams, as Director-Analytics at Razorpay. I write practical notes for data professionals, and occasionally nerd out with “Data Expeditions” on sports analytics. If you’d like a talk or a quick brainstorming session, say hello.
